The ask.
£150,000 for 20% of Wibblo Limited, in ordinary shares. It funds the product, sales teams in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, launch marketing, and the cover for the reach guarantee in the first year.
Wibblo is the AI platform that plans, runs and measures influencer campaigns for any business, anywhere. The AI runs the whole campaign and learns from every one. Every creator is licensed, every audience is real, and the minimum reach is promised before a budget is spent. Launching in the Gulf first, then worldwide.
What Wibblo is, what makes it unique, the problem it solves, and what we are asking for.
A business tells Wibblo what it wants to achieve and what it can spend. Wibblo's AI does everything in between, and learns from every campaign.
A self-serve, AI-run micro-influencer marketing platform for any business, small, medium or large, and for agencies that want to run their clients on it. The platform picks the creators, writes the creative, contacts the creators, pays them and reports the result. Brands pay only for the campaigns they run: no retainer, no contract.
Many platforms say they use AI, but use it for one step, usually finding creators, and people do the rest by hand. Wibblo's AI runs the whole campaign from brief to payout and machine-learns from the results, so every campaign makes the next one better. On top sit a guaranteed minimum reach and licensed creators only.
The system, platform, product, website and complete go-to-market plan are built and ready. The AI's learning capability is built and begins learning from the first live campaigns. Execution begins in December 2026.
A global product with a Gulf-first launch: the UAE first, Saudi Arabia in mid-2027, then the UK, USA and Europe. This raise funds the Gulf.

For most businesses the hard part isn't the idea. It's everything between the idea and the result.
AED 7,000–8,000 reaches creators
AED 9,000 reaches creators
Hours of scrolling and messaging, and no easy way to tell a real audience from a bought one.
That comes off the top before a single creator is paid. Most agencies also charge a monthly retainer and other fees, whether or not a campaign runs.
The budget is spent, and the reach is hoped for.
The UAE Advertiser Permit has been mandatory since 1 February 2026, and brands must check that every creator they use holds one. Saudi Arabia requires a Mawthooq licence, which costs SAR 15,000 for three years, with fines of up to SAR 5 million. When a creator is unlicensed, the brand carries the risk. The rules are tightening in other markets too, for example the UK's Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act, which lets the regulator fine up to 10% of global turnover.
Small and mid-sized businesses are the most underserved, but the problem is the same for any brand that runs many campaigns.
SourceUAE permit rules and fines: Gulf News, Meydan Free Zone. Mawthooq: Everything PR. Agency fees of 20–30% plus retainers are industry-standard practice.
Many platforms call themselves AI. In most, the AI finds creators and people do the rest: briefing, outreach, approvals, payment, reporting. Wibblo's AI runs the entire campaign and learns from every result. To our knowledge no other platform does both.
Wibblo's reading of public materials. Most platforms that describe themselves as AI use it for creator discovery.
Shortlist, creative, outreach, approvals, payment and proof happen on one platform, with the AI doing the work and the brand watching each step.
The AI reads the brand, then each creator's content, how often they post, their audience and their past results, and builds the best mix for this campaign and budget.
Machine learning is built into the engine. After each campaign it compares what was planned with what happened, so creator picks, creative and reach estimates improve over time. The learning starts with the first live campaigns.
A low and a high range for views and impressions, and a promise to hit the low end, with extra creators added at no cost to the brand if we fall short.
Compliance is part of the product, not left to the brand.
Brands pay 10% on the campaigns they run. Agencies charge 20–30% plus retainers because people do the work. With Wibblo there is no retainer, no contract.

How a campaign runs, how the AI chooses, and what the brand is promised.
The brand does the thinking once. Wibblo's AI runs every step after that, and the brand can see each one as it happens.
The brand shares its budget, product, audience, region, objective and anything it won't accept, such as alcohol-related creators. Wibblo reads the brand's website and social presence itself, so the form stays short.
The system proposes the creators, plus captions, scripts, hashtags, music and posting times, with verified numbers for every creator.
The brand reviews the plan with guidance built into the product, and can ask a Wibblo consultant to talk it through. The brand can use Wibblo's creative or bring its own.
One digital approval. The budget goes into escrow, so creators know the money is there. Payments run through Stripe.
Automated requests go to the chosen creators, who accept or decline. If someone drops out, a replacement is already lined up.
Creators post. Wibblo reads each post straight from their connected accounts, so nobody uploads screenshots.
A live dashboard shows each creator's status and the running views, impressions and link clicks.
Each creator is paid from escrow as their job is confirmed, and the brand gets a final report.
ProofAll eight steps are built into the platform. Payment is held in escrow, and Wibblo's commission is taken at approval.
The best creator for a campaign isn't the biggest one. It's the one whose content, audience and track record match the brand, whose numbers hold up, and whose price fits the budget. And the engine gets better with every campaign.
Wibblo has access to data on more than 30 million creators across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, refreshed daily, and filters that pool to the creators who are licensed and right for the brand.
The AI studies the brand's website and online presence, then the campaign objective: awareness, engagement or sales.
Followers, niche, what they post and how often, average views and impressions, audience location, age and gender, and past brand work. It checks for fake followers and for creators who are over-sponsored.
Every creator has a minimum rate for each kind of job, and the system builds the best mix of creators that fits the budget.
Captions and scripts come from the brand's own tone of voice, not from a template.
Creator profiles and market trends refresh every two weeks.
The learning capability is built. From the first live campaign, the system compares what it planned with what happened, and machine learning improves the next plan: which creators to pick, what to say, and how much reach to promise.
SourceCreator data covers audience demographics, authenticity scoring and sponsorship history.
Once Wibblo has chosen the creators, it tells the brand what to expect before any money moves.

We choose the creators and we know their numbers, so we can make the promise. A pure marketplace can't.

a Mawthooq licence, valid for three years. Fines reach SAR 5 million.
Creators submit their documents when they join. Wibblo verifies them, tracks expiry dates, sends renewal reminders, and deactivates accounts that lapse.
Creators are also screened for illegal content, profanity, pranks and negative press.
Each creator carries a compliance badge on the plan the brand approves.
ProofUAE rules require brands to verify that every advertiser holds a valid permit. Wibblo does that on their behalf.
A platform with no creators has no campaigns, so the creator experience gets as much care as the brand's. And because Wibblo works with nano and micro creators, we are building a community around them.
Creators accept or decline, see the full details, and follow each job from approval to payment.
Wibblo pays above the usual market rate for the same work and keeps its creator commission at a flat 5%.
Results are tracked automatically, with no screenshots and no spreadsheets.
Funds are already in escrow, and each creator is paid once their job is confirmed.
Human support is there when it's needed.
Creators climb a performance leaderboard and can win prizes, which motivates them to make better content for every brand. A prize can be something that counts to a micro-creator, such as a permit renewal.
We will build a community of creators across markets, with tutorials and tools that help them make better reels and do better work in the future.

Most use it for single tasks such as finding creators. Running a whole campaign through AI, and learning from the results, is the gap Wibblo fills.
The UAE requires an Advertiser Permit, Saudi Arabia a Mawthooq licence, and in the UK brands are liable for creator disclosure, with fines up to 10% of global turnover. Platforms that handle compliance move from nice-to-have to necessary.
Businesses of every size want results from smaller creators without the cost and effort of running it by hand. The product works the same way in any market; only the licence checks change.

The market splits into discovery tools that stop at a list, agencies that charge for people, and a new wave of AI platforms. Most of them, including the AI ones, still do the major steps by hand, which is what keeps their cost high. Wibblo's AI runs the whole campaign and learns from it.

Agencies often keep margin by not using the full budget and paying creators less than it allows. Wibblo brings brands and creators together directly, takes a flat, visible 10%, and the rest of the budget reaches the creators.
Because Wibblo charges less, it can pay creators a good amount. Creators who are paid well keep using the platform and bring others in, which gives every brand a bigger pool of better creators.

A brand spends AED 5,000. Wibblo earns AED 500 from the brand and AED 225 from creators, AED 725 in total. The same campaign through an agency costs the brand AED 1,000–1,500 in fees alone, before any retainer. At AED 15,000 Wibblo earns AED 2,175.

Most platforms use AI for one step, usually finding creators, and people do the rest by hand, which keeps their cost high. An agency or an agency-led platform needs people to run each campaign, so it prices for large clients. Wibblo's AI runs the whole campaign, from picking creators to payment and reporting, and learns from every result. We also guarantee a minimum reach and check every creator's licence.
No. It is a global, self-serve product that any business can use. We launch in the Gulf first because we have no comparable product to compete with there, we already operate in the UAE through Prox Digital and have direct relationships with businesses, and Saudi Arabia is the largest market in the region. After a solid Gulf foundation, the UK, USA and Europe follow. This raise funds the Gulf only.
Any business, small, medium or large, and agencies. Small and mid-sized businesses are a particular focus because they are priced out of agencies and enterprise tools. Lulu Hypermarket, ICC and Acure Healthcare have expressed interest in using Wibblo through Ali's direct connections.
The learning capability is built. The system picks creators from their content, posting frequency, audience and past results together with the brand, and machine learning improves each plan using what happened in previous campaigns. The learning begins with the first live campaigns.
On day one Wibblo has data access to more than 30 million creators across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube through a data integration, and the AI picks from the licensed ones. Creators then join the platform directly and connect their own accounts. As they do, our own first-party data takes over from the supplier's.
Wibblo charges brands less than an agency does, so it can pay creators well. Creators also get quick payment from escrow, a performance leaderboard with prizes, and a community with tutorials and tools to improve their content. Creators who are paid fairly keep using the platform and bring others in.
We choose the creators and we know their average views. We show a low and a high estimate before the brand commits, and we promise the low end. If a campaign falls short, we add creators at our own cost, backed by a dedicated reserve.
Payment sits in escrow until the post is confirmed from the creator's connected account. If someone drops out, a replacement is already lined up, and the guarantee covers the shortfall.
Payments run through Stripe for now, with creators paid from escrow once their post is confirmed. As each regional Wibblo company is registered, we buy a Stripe subscription that provides licensed escrow and payments in that region.
Only licensed creators are used: the UAE Advertiser Permit now, and Mawthooq in Saudi Arabia from mid-2027. Documents are checked when a creator joins, expiry dates are tracked, and lapsed accounts are deactivated.
Wibblo is for every size of business. The average campaign in our careful case is AED 5,000, so volume matters, and the platform is built so each campaign needs little human time. Larger brands and agencies running many clients on Wibblo bring bigger budgets.
In the Gulf, through relationships: our team meets businesses, demos the platform and helps them run their first campaigns. The product itself is self-serve, so internationally businesses sign up and run it themselves, with a consultant add-on if they want one. As results show, Gulf businesses will run it themselves too.
The system, platform, product, website, learning capability and full go-to-market plan are built. There are no live campaigns yet, so the AI's learning starts when campaigns run. Execution starts in December 2026, and that is what this investment funds.
They can copy the screens. They can't quickly copy a guarantee that improves with every campaign, a licence-checking record in each market, or relationships built in person with the first few dozen businesses. Speed to the self-serve market is the answer.
